A shout out

A big congratulations to Miranda, Courtney and Betsy for participating in the MS Ride this weekend! Betsy tackled 75 miles on Saturday, and Miranda and Courtney battled on to complete the unbelievable 150 mile total. All this while also braving endless rain on day one, and having to retire to a disgusting, vile ashtray of a room, courtesy of the Travelodge DeKalb.

Seriously, I tip my helmet to you! You are superheroes in my book! woohoo!
